Provide Employment to Workers.
It’s been over 11 years since the bifurcation of the Telugu states. Though FDCs (Film Development Corporations) have been established in both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, workers in Telangana are still struggling due to lack of opportunities and ongoing discrimination. The Telangana FDC is neglecting the skilled technicians and film workers in the region. There are many talented technicians here who deserve opportunities.
I demand that the Film Development Corporation and the Film Chambers work together to ensure that at least 50% of the employment is given to workers from Telangana, while the remaining 50% can go to workers from other regions. The government must also intervene and ensure justice for the local workers, said Dr. Pratani Ramakrishna Goud.
