“Best Film Award for ‘Manyam Dheerudu’ at Malaysian Ugadi Puraskar Awards”
The film Manyam Dheerudu, acted and produced by R. V. V. Satyanarayana, has won the Best Film Award at the Malaysian Ugadi Puraskar Awards 2026.
During the grand Ugadi celebrations आयोजित by the Malaysia Telugu Association, Klang branch, at the Sundar Perumal Temple Auditorium, the Ugadi Puraskar 2026 for Best Film was presented to Manyam Dheerudu.
Under the leadership of Malaysia Telugu Association Chairman Subrahmanyam, the event was conducted in a grand manner. The award was presented by the Chief Guest, Klang North District Police Commissioner Vijay Rao, who also felicitated R. V. V. Satyanarayana and his wife Mrs. R. Parvathi Devi.
The event was attended by dignitaries including Subrahmanyam, Ramanaidu, committee members, and around 600 members of the Telugu Association.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Guest Police Commissioner Vijay Rao appreciated R. V. V. Satyanarayana for showcasing the pride of India through the story of revolutionary hero Alluri Sitarama Raju in Manyam Dheerudu. He thanked him for bringing out the spirit and self-respect of Telugu people.
He further praised that the film highlights patriotism and includes a patriotic song composed in such a way that every citizen of India would feel inspired to sing it.
